It's my 10th day on the HCG Diet. I'm starting to see why it is known as the HCG obesity cure since I've already lost 9 pounds. That's really quite impressive.

I got up and got on the scale today and I was at 162.2. Not horrible (I didn't go up), but not great because I didn't go down either. I told myself that less than one pound of weight lost in a day was meaningless and I wouldn't mention it, but apparently I'm going to anyway. (I did go down by .6 of a pound). So far I've had to sop up large amounts of water from the living room carpet, a stack of books in my son's room and the laundry room floor. That's just annoying so I'm switching to water bottles.
