How to Earn Money through Bodybuilding

By Mick Hart

You may not have known that bodybuilding can really give you the lucrative and rewarding lifestyle you were looking for. You can use your big muscles to either become a bodybuilding coach, a gym owner or you may feel confident enough to set up your own fitness gym.

The thought of all bodybuilders making a fortune is obviously not possible but those bodybuilders with the will and right commitment could end up becoming a film stars or a top model, but I am going to cover other feasible areas within the fitness industry even though they will need qualified training.

You will need information and practical training from home study, further education, school, college or night classes. A gym instructor for example requires practical skills combined with on going work experience. Not only a basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition, but to have the ability to communicate that knowledge and interact socially with confidence.

You must also be prepared to WORK HARD physically for long hours and continue to learn while maintaining enthusiasm. You should learn to work out personalized programs, and diet requirements, allowing for individual pace and capabilities. As a sensible precaution you should also always take out PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE.

You will find it very satisfying to just run a fitness center, but don't discard any of these higher paid jobs yet. There are often vacancies in the health and fitness or Aerobics sectors, so you may also want to consider becoming a nutrition councilor, a recreation activity director, a fitness training instructor, a one to one bodybuilding coach, a health club and leisure center management or set up your own home gym for fitness or hard core lifting for serious bodybuilders.

TRY SOME MODELING - Also modeling sports clothes, equipment, supplements, various training equipment, running or appearing in physical culture, lifting or bodybuilding shows, or as an Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Remedial gymnast, Massage, Swimming pool attendants, Fitness activities staff both at home or on board ships. Overseas appointments in holiday camps, plus consultants in- Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Chiropractic medicine, Herbalism, Naturopathy and so on. The list is endless and vacancies always occurring. - 17274

Lose the Weight and the Worries that Weigh You Down in 2009!

By Julie Morris and Sarah Morris Cherry

Do you arm yourself with a candy bar when battling your worries? I did, for more years than I'd like to admit. When I turned to food to fix my worries, food fixed me real good! The more I ate, the fatter and more stressed out I got. But for some strange reason, that didn't stop me from heading for the refrigerator or grabbing a few of my favorite candy bars when I was upset. And I was upset A LOT.

I was the RN supervisor of a large medical-surgical floor in a hospital-telling everybody what to do to get healthy, and I felt like a dummy because I couldn't stop overeating even though it made my blood pressure soar. My doctor told me I could have a stroke if I didn't lose weight, so guess what I did: I went home and ate everything I could get my hands on. A doctor I worked with congratulated me for being pregnant--when I wasn't--and I swore I would eat 500 calories until I wore a size 3, but I'll bet you can guess what I did instead: I ate until I was about to pop.

I wanted to be thin more than anything in the world, so why couldn't I quit overeating? I didn't understand it then, but I do now. When we eat, our bodies secrete feel-good brain chemicals--neurotransmitters, such as serotonin. So eating really does relieve stress temporarily.

The problem is that when we turn to food to fix our problems, they only grow, and so do we!

Twenty-five years ago, after a lifetime of overeating and stressing out, I began discovering practical ways to lose the weight and worries that weighed me down. Here are three things that did, and still do:

I started writing in a Prayer Journal about things that were stressing me out. I learned that resentments are fattening, pouting puts pounds on and worries widen hips so I cast those cares on God, and not on the refrigerator.

I joined a group of people who wanted to lose weight. I love talking to others who think like I do and have the same struggles with food I used to have. We have fun while getting to the roots of our overeating. After awhile, most of them are amazed to find themselves shrinking outside while growing inside.

Understand The Facts About Gourmet

By Ferdinand Okeke

What is gourmet seasoning? First what does gourmet mean? prior to talking about gourmet seasoning you must not forget that the discussion will be based on three aspects: the interpretations of the word gourmet, the Gourmet food or seasoning firms, and the gourmet seasoning products provided by the Gourmet firms. According to various dictionaries, as well as the Wikipedia encyclopedia, gourmet is a cultural ideal, which is generally associated with gastronomy, the culinary arts of exquisite fine food and drink. Although the term might be perceived as negative as it is usually linked with elitism or snobbery, it actually has the positive meaning which describes people with refined tastes and passion.

The term gourmet is used to direct to the person who has refined or discriminating taste or is scholarly in the art of food and food preparation. It also refers to a particular type of restaurant, cheer, special presentation of the food, high sophistication in the field of gastronomy or a certain type of meal or ingredient of high quality. In the US, Gourmet is an industry classification for high - quality premium foods. Since the 2000s, an accelerating increase in the American gourmet market has taken place, as a result of increasing income, globalization of taste, and health and nutrition concerns in part. Individual food and drinks categories, for example coffee, are often classified as standard and a " gourmet " sub - market.

As mentioned earlier in this artcle, there are a circle of firms that incorporated the term Gourmet in their name, all to show that their products are of high quality. Therefore, if you search in the supermarkets or access websites you will be able to choose the creme de la creme of food or drink products like gourmet seasoning bottles or jars, or some other foods that bear the mark of a certain Gourmet firm. For instance, there are companies or firms or comodities like the Big Fat Jerry's Gourmet Seasoning which, apparently, offer you an array of service or mechanically blended spices. Then finally is the Gourmet House Seasoning.

Gourmet House seasoning is a combination of crude salt, onion salt, garlic salt, celery salt, paprika, sugar, monosodium glutamate, nutmeg and black pepper. According to these gourmet seasoning producers, their gourmet seasoning products offer you the opportunity to experience "a new level of deliciousness in your meals.

" What you might consider a positive part of the gourmet seasoning products offered by these gourmet companies is that they participate in producing various types of seasonings, among which the ones typical of certain cuisines, national or international, regional or improvised. Besides the lists of products, description / ingredients of the gourmet seasoning products and their prices, producers and traders' websites in addition offer you gourmet seasoning recipes. - 17274

Is Andy Willouby's 3 Step Program A Scam: Here Is The Answer

By Steve Jankowski

Perhaps you have heard Andy's friendly radio commercial. On it, he asks, "how in the world are you anyway" and then launches into his pitch for his three step program to make money from home. It is a very warm and compelling commercial, and has been on the radio for a while. When I ran my traditional business, I spent money on radio commercials before and they were very expensive. Andy is making money off of those ads or he would not be running them, but what is he selling?

Is Andy Willouby's 3 step program a scam? I can tell you that it is not as many people have made a lot of money with the product he is selling. He is marketing the supplement Xango which is a drink made from the Mangosteen fruit. The creators of Xango discovered that the Mangosteen fruit is very high in antioxidants and have marketed it as a healthful drink. Xango also has a new cutting edge skin care line that uses the properties of the Mangosteen fruit.

The Xango business is network marketing business that you can join and then make money if you market the product and business to others. Andy is simply marketing Xango to get new members for his organization. There are many people that have joined Xango and made a lot of money marketing the product. The drink is tasty, but since I have eaten the actual fruit when I was in Thailand, I would prefer to remember the fruit for how it tastes fresh. It is, however, a healthful drink and a very compelling company. It is not a scam and you could make money with it.

Xango has been around for a while though, and I believe that there are more compelling products on the market that a business opportunity seeker can join to make a decent income. There is a limit to how many people can join a company and still make money, plus the juice is rather expensive. In this difficult economy, the kind of business opportunity that you should look for is, in my opinion, a business with a strong product that everyone will want and that has not been on the market for a long time.

The fact that Xango has been on the market for a while means that the company is very solid, which is a good thing. They will not fold up and fail to cut you a check from your marketing efforts. I do believe though, that a company that is newer with a compelling product line and that will be large like Xango will increase your chances of prospering. I almost joined Xango, but I felt like there were already to many large players in the company.

It is a certainty that if you have asked the question, "is Andy Willouby's 3 step program a scam", the answer is it is a resounding NO. I am sure he would love to have you join him in his Xango business, but the chances that you will make enough money to purchase similar radio advertisements from your profits is slim.

I should also add that there are a number of juice products on the market now that contain the Mangosteen fruit, and that is factor that you should also consider when looking at joining Andy. Many people would rather purchase a nutritious drink at their favorite health food store and pay less, even if they know they won't be making money with the product. You can just go to your favorite search engine and look up the Mangosteen fruit and you will see many imitators. They may not be as good as the Xango product, but they will make your marketing efforts more difficult if you decide to market the Xango product. - 17274
