It Is True - Vegetables Are Good For You - But Find Out Why Now

We all process food slightly differently but after researching how we all tend to interact with certain foods, there are some similarities and this was a key part of what was found.

It may surprise you to know that it has been a long time since many people have believed that vegetables were good for you, in truth some are ok and some are just fantastic.

Mike Geary and his team of nutritionalists have now completed some interesting research in this area and they have come up with some surprising results - earlier generations will not be surprised at the findings but it would seem that no-one knew quite how good some of these foods really are for us.

I know that its hard to believe, but its true - I have seen it around my own waist - they do actually eat away fat like magic.

Let me explain what they are and why...

Now it could be that you know about food, nutrition and what is good and what is bad, including the latest cutting edge research and development and how certain ingredients in the food supply is effecting us, like pesticides, food additives and other chemicals from petroleum based products in the home, such as household cleaners can act as xenoestrogens.

What are xenoestrogens (I can hear you say?), well they are chemicals which when exposed to your body can have an estrogenic effect and too much of this can result in hormone disruptions for human beings. So these can play tricks in our bodies.

I have never heard of xenoestrogens - what are they (I can almost hear you say), well these are chemicals that are exposed to you and your body that have this 'estrogenic' effect and excessive exposure can result in hormone balance disruptions for both men and women and these can play all sorts of tricks on and in our bodies irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman.

Some of these estrogenic chemicals that we have exposed ourselves to on a daily basis can stimulate your body to retain fat, along with other problems. Now I know that they some of these vegetables don't sound too nice, but I have learned to like them - You can melt a layer of tasty grass-fed cheese on the top of them with some garlic and they really are quite nice to eat.

I saw a real improvement in my abdominal muscles. After only 6 short weeks of simply following the instructions in the course, almost all of of my stomach fat had just disappeared.

It is true to say that I became a bit bored after a while but the course covered that and gave me some great suggestions on how to make these foods more interesting.

You keep hearing the mantra "Raw Milk is Dangerous because of Bacteria". The one and only time I remember becoming deathly ill from drinking milk was when I drank some low fat pasteurized milk.
