How To Increase Your Metabolism To Burn Arm Fat
Increasing your metabolism is a great way to melt the arm fat off. And I am going to show you 4 tips that will do just that. In case you didn't know, your metabolism is the amount of calories your body burns from day to day.
And it's important to note that you are never stuck with a slow or fast metabolism. In reality, your metabolism is mostly under your control.
Hopefully, with this article, you will be able to regain that control just like I did not too long ago. Here are 4 ways to regain control of your metabolism today:
1. Early exercise. Exercising early in the day is one of the best things you can do for your metabolism. Not only will you burn a surplus of calories throughout the entire day, but the majority of the food you eat will be partitioned towards all your active tissues.
2. Workout with intensity in short amounts of time. Push yourself very hard for no longer than 45 minutes per workout. If you push yourself ultra hard you can get by with a 30 minute workout! As an added bonus, your body will burn extra calories 36 hours after the workout because of EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption).
3. Sip on water between meals. Dehydration can bring down your metabolism. And in between meals your body becomes dehydrated because it uses stored water to digest food. You can prevent this from happening by drinking small amounts of water in between meals. But don't go overboard or the water will get excreted through your kidneys.
4. Cut calories by very small amounts. Once your caloric intake is below 80% of your needs, your metabolism will come to a screeching halt. Your body will produce fat friendly enzymes and your thyroid will decrease its output.
So if you think getting on a 1000-calorie diet is going to speed up fat loss, think again. This is very unhealthy and provides little benefit if at all.
After all, your metabolism has ultimate control over how many calories you burn. And if you burn more calories, you will lose more arm fat. - 17274
