1. Get enough fiber.

Eating plenty of whole wheat pastas, breads, and cereals, fruits and vegetables, and nuts can help you get the fiber you need. They are easy to add into your meals, and they can help you see results sooner.

Before we go to bed, we typically reach for snacks that are high in simple carbohydrates. But eating these foods ? white breads, pastas, cereals, and even juice and fruit - before bed may prevent your body from going into fat burning mode.
