If you are keeping your calorie intake within a normal range, you can count on losing about one pound per week while breastfeeding. By simply breast feeding your baby like normal, you will begin to lose weight!

When you breastfeed it is important to maintain a healthy diet. Because you are breastfeeding, this is not just important for your weight loss struggle.
