It's best not to gain weight in the first place. Sometimes things happen that we don't expect, so if you have reached the point where you are interested in shedding some weight, it is possible to do it. The sooner you act the better. Making sure that you are dieting and exercising properly is key though. You want to make sure that you are doing everything in moderation. It is important to make sure that you are still giving yourself enough protein and everything else you need for your body to function properly. With regular diet and exercise you will be able to lose the weight you need.
