Growing Taller Might Really Be Possible For Many People

It is not possible to manipulate your genetic make-up to grow taller, this is pre-programmed, and who want to go to the lengths of having their legs broken and stretched? Not me! Many people what to know how to grow taller because they feel insecure and may even be intimidated by people who are taller than they.

Genetics are impossible to change, although this may happen in another life time, medical technology is advancing so quickly. I happen to be short, so is my father and my grandfather and mother, and my daughters. My second daughter is very vertically challenged too, and is only 4'7" in height. She fortunately, doesn't mind in the least being short, she is confident enough to get people believing her to be 6 foot tall. This is because her personality is so big. Not everyone who is short has this much confidence.

We know that genes cannot be changed, so what can be changed? your physical appearance can be changed. So can your diet, your exercise program, your mindset and your life if you can add a few inches to your stature. Take advantage of the areas of your life which can be controlled and work on them.

Positive thought is imperative, if anyone tells you you can't do it, don't listen, you need to think and believe that it has already happened and you have grown 2 inches. Stretching and exercise is very important to add height to your stature. There are various of these exercise regimes available and they can be incorporated easily in any daily routine. Put any doubts out of your mind and remain focused. You also have to be committed, starting a program such as this without commitment is a waste of time. To succeed you have to be positive, consistent and make an effort. Things are only achieved in relationship to the amount of effort which is put into them.
