Three Best Foods To Help With Fat Burning

By Mike Francis

In all of my time working as a professional Nutrition Specialist, it has come to my attention that most people are very surprised to hear some of my picks for the top fat burning foods.

These foods, as well as being some of the tastiest foods available, are helpful in fighting against unwanted fat. They do a good job in the whole process of fat burning.

I won't bore you by listing the usual healthy foods like vegetables " everyone knows about these, right. (And fruit, of course). I want to show you some that are tasty, super healthy, and great for fat loss.

1. Egg yolks. And yes, I do mean eggs, which you may have heard some negative things about - how they give you cholesterol and contain fat. Well, they do indeed have cholesterol, but it's the good type - they actually help to keep a good balance with fat. The free-range variety are the best ones to buy, because of their high omega-3 content.

Egg yolks are a good source of vitamins and they also contain minerals and other nutrient traces. To give a full list of what these are, would take about a page. You can rest assured that the yolk of the egg is where the goodness is.

So enjoy those eggs and know that you are helping in the fight against belly fat. Eggs are one of my favourite foods " I was relieved to know that I dont need to give them up.

2. Avocados - here is another example of a "fatty" food (so-called) that helps in the fat burning process. This will come as a surprise to many - they are so rich and creamy. And of course they can be mixed in with other foods to great effect, to make delicious combinations for salads or dessert dishes. And avocados are full of "healthy fats" as well as fiber and antioxidants. They're also a rich source of minerals and vitamins, and they are useful for curbing appetites, and enhance the body's fat burning process.

3. Grass-fed beef - When you buy beef in the grocery store, it is usually the grain-fed type that you get. But the grass-fed type is far superior. It's similar to the situation with free-range chickens - the animals are healthier, and the meat (as well as being much tastier) contains more of the omega-3 type fatty acids than the omega-6 type. And it's the omega-3 type that is best at fighting off belly fat.

Another plus with grass-fed beef,is that it contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). This is one of the "healthy fats", and it helps to build muscle and burn fat.

So, you can enjoy your beef without being concerned about the fat content. You don't need to listen to anyone who claims that you will put on lots of fat - you know better. Just make sure that you get the grass-fed beef only. - 17274
