Get more purified H2O into your body during the day. Clean water helps your organs move out the toxins that interfere with proper bodily functions. Cleansing your internals should help improve your fat burning capabilities also.

Increase the ratio of protein in your diet. Lean protein requires more energy to digest. It also elicits a much smaller insulin response than easily digestible highly processed carbohydrate dense foods.

Start being overly polite to other shoppers by parking in the last possible spot you can find in the parking lot. Force yourself to walk a little bit farther. Small differences can turn into big differences over time.
