It seems that a person who understandably has failed with a fad diet, and yet it's on to the next one, has quite a bit of determination, as well as a serious desire to achieve their weight loss goals.

Follow a healthy meal plan, which includes mostly fresh vegetables and fruit, and eliminates most sugar.

Make it a goal to exercise everyday. Even if you are just starting out, a small amount of exercise is better than none. As your stamina increases, so should the amount that you exercise. Make it a goal to increase each week, even if just by a few minutes.
