At dinner, the foods are 3 ounces of broccoli, 2 ounces of carrots, " banana, 2 hotdogs, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.

During day three, breakfast consists of black tea or coffee, 5 crackers, one slice of cheddar cheese, and one apple. During lunch, the foods are one hardboiled egg and one slice of dry toast. At supper, the meal includes 4 ounces of tuna, 4 ounces of beets, 4 ounces of cauliflower, " melon, and 4 ounces of vanilla ice cream.

Based on experts scrutiny, this diet plan has two good benefits on dieters. The first one is that it can lose 10 pounds after three days. The second one is that the short span of time it takes to lose weight can inspire dieters to keep on dieting. But, this benefit can also make the opposite since dieters can quickly regain what they have quickly lost.
