Here's How You Build a Lean, Ripped, and Muscular Body

By Joshua Owen

Do you know how to build a lean and muscular body? You may think you know how, but do you really know how? Let me tell you how to build muscle and burn fat, and you tell me if you already knew...

Here's a list of 6 things you must do to get a ripped, lean, and muscular body:

1) Weight Training

You must not only lift weights, but you must focus on lifting heavier weight and/or more reps each and every workout. You need to know how many times to workout each week, how hard to lift, and how much to rest.

2) Nutrition and Diet

You've got to learn what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. If you start eating the correct foods and the correct types at the right times throughout the day, your results will be spectacular. So many people whine about eating food that doesn't taste like chocolate pie. Too bad. Eat healthy and you'll get the body you want.

3) Cardiovascular Exercise

Aerobic exercise is VERY important to your health and your appearance. Aerobic exercise helps prevent fat storage and burns fat directly from your body. As you build muscle, your body becomes accustomed to your heavier body weight through cardiovascular exercise.

4) Recovery and Rest

You build muscle when you're resting not while you're in the gym. Proper sleep, decreasing stress, soft tissue massage, weighted stretching, and some other special techniques will have you building muscle and burning fat optimally.

If you learn to optimize your rest and recovery, your results will improve exponentially. Do not under estimate what I'm telling you here.

5) Tracking, Measuring, Adjusting

Your body is simply amazing. It's job is to adapt to everything you throw at it in order to keep you alive. Your body WILL adapt to any program. You'll get results for a few weeks and that's it. How do you continue to get results?

You must track and measure your results. When you notice your results starting to slow, you must make adjustments. This could be a weight training change, a diet change, or something else. You've got to know what to change and when to change it.

6) Planning and Programming Your Mind

You must plan to be successful. If you aren't setting goals, visualizing those goals, and rewarding yourself when you meet those goals, you aren't making optimal progress. You've got to plan and set goals. When you do, you'll stop sabotaging yourself.

When you learn how to do that, your mind will help you reach each and every one of your goals. And just wait for the results! You'll be amazed.

If you include all of the 6 steps into your complete exercise program, your body will begin to change very quickly.

Now, did you know to do the 6 steps listed above? If you start implementing the above into your routine, you'll begin to see fast and permanent results.

I've developed an entire muscle building and fat burning program that incorporates all of the above 6 steps. You'll want to see this as it guides you step-by-step to that lean and muscular body you've always wanted. See the link below to get instant access to this program. - 17274
