The problem with us is that we think of diet as a key for a random weight loss. If you think a certain diet plan would help you lose 20 pounds in 5 days, you also have to keep this in mind that you can gain the same amount in 10 days.

Some people strongly believe that skipping meals is what dieting is. This is a false notion. The body needs energy to remain active. The minute you stop eating your metabolism becomes slow and you burn few calories.
