However, this can only backfire with the poster seducing anyone to stay at the kitchen too often. Instead of the some hunk or babes poster, posting a picture of a terribly overweight person there may do the job. This will effectively remind what one should not become.

Nothing beats a hot, homemade, and healthy meal. One can make his own delicious food without compromising his diet.
