If you want to grow tall beware of the numerous sites that try to waste your time and money by selling manuals and videos on exercises to grow tall. These workout DVDs are not only a waste of time, but they cause you a lot of damage from torn tendons and slipped discs. Also, those companies that promise their special height growth pills actually work and selling you false hope. So avoid them at all costs!

However, this doesn't mean that exercises to help you grow tall don't work. It's just better to do so when you're young and your body is still growing.

When we are babies, some of our bones are composed of cartilage. This cartilage shifts and melds and ossifies over time, forming the bones we have in adulthood. During this long process, we go from having 300 bones to only 206!
